My time spent at the Nourished workshops is invaluable for me.
Caring for children is a privilege that can bring huge rewards but caring for children who have complex emotional trauma is a challenge that is not easy.
The Nourished workshops provide me with the tools I need to help my grandchildren to grow through their trauma.
